How far ahead should I order?

Tell us your preferred date when you get in touch. Availability and production time depend on the order. We will agree on your fulfillment timeline before payment; submitting a request does not reserve a date.

How do shipping and pickup work?

Shipping availability, destination, packaging needs, and the shipping charge are confirmed for your specific order before payment. If pickup is agreed, we will arrange the location and time directly with you. Do not add a shipping charge for a pickup order.

How much does a custom order cost?

Pricing depends on ingredients, quantity, packaging, and the work involved. We provide an agreed price before you pay. Package size, servings, and the final selection are part of your quote.

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary requirements?

Discuss any allergies and dietary requirements before confirming an order. Ingredients and preparation requirements vary by recipe. We will review your request and confirm whether we can accommodate it; please do not assume an item is suitable based on its name or photo.

How should I store my order, and how long will it keep?

Storage needs and best-quality timing vary by recipe and packaging. Ask us to confirm the instructions for your particular selection when arranging your order. We do not apply one shelf-life estimate to all products.

What happens after I pay?

Your payment provider records the transaction and provides payment confirmation. We match the payment to your agreed order and follow the fulfillment arrangements confirmed with you. Include your order reference in the provider’s reference or payment-note field when available, and pay only once.

Do I need an account, and are tips required?

No Squarespace customer account is required for the custom candy-pack payment page. PayPal or Venmo may request their own information. Tips are entirely optional; enter the agreed price plus quoted shipping and any tip as one payment.

Who should I contact about an order or payment?

Contact Engineered Edibles with your order reference and the details you would like us to review. If something is wrong with your order, please let us know promptly.
